When providing our services, we receive the following information about you:

 

Pre-order and Order data

When ordering custom goods, we require you to provide the necessary data needed to process your order or pre-order. Those without which we are unable to send your order or process your order. Only our name, email address, delivery address, phone number, and specific order subject matter, are required.

 

News and special offers

If you give us your consent, we will also keep your email address for information about news and special offers. When you use our services, we also get information about how you use them. This is information about your interactions with our services, such as when you access and view our site. We also get information about the devices and computers you use to access our services, including IP addresses, browser settings, operating system information, or information about your mobile device, information from which website you access us, the pages you visit and information from cookies and similar tools. However, all these data are anonymized and we do not process them any more.

We use the information we have obtained about you for the following purposes:

 

Providing our services

Based on the data we collect from you, we can deliver our services to you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. We use the data we collect from you to create your pre-order or order. We also need this information in our accounting and billing guidelines.

 

Contact information

We use your contact information to send our pre-order or order confirmations related to order processing and service delivery, or to respond to your address when you ask us what's going on with your order. Such as new delivery address, or you may request another change to your data in your order. We also process your contact details as well as your purchases data in case you claim goods.

If you have given us permission to do so, or if you have not declined to send such communication in the ordering process or in person during the ski test, we send you a few times a year an email about our news and current offers that might interest you. You can cancel sending these emails by clicking "Sign out" in the email you received.

 

Improvement, personalizing our services and marketing

We also use the data we store to improve and personalize our services as well as marketing. For example, we use your purchase history and products that you have already purchased to advice on or recommend other products that might interest you.

We use information about visits and movements on our site and its sections anonymously for analytical purposes, to understand how people use our website and to make it more intuitive and accessible.

 

Security and rights protection

We also use your information to ensure the security of the services we provide, to respond to claims that have been made against us, in proceedings before state and other bodies that control our business, and to enforce claims that we have incurred.

Legal bases

In accordance with your privacy requirements, we need to inform you about the legal bases for processing your personal data, namely:

 1/ Performance of the contract – in the case of ordering goods or participating in a competition organized by us.

 2/ Consent – especially in connection with sending commercial communications about news or current offers or other forms of marketing. Any consent granted is voluntary and can be revoked at any time. However, this does not affect the legality of the processing of personal data prior to its withdrawal.

 3/ Fulfilment of Our Legal Obligations – when we keep data about you and your order in our accounts or when making data available to state and other authorities that oversee our activities or that resolve disputes or make decisions.

 4/ Our legitimate interest - in improving and impersonating certain marketing activities, including sending news information to an e-mail received during an ordering process or personally to a ski test if you have not refused it or in connection with security and rights protection. Transmission to third countries

We are not currently actively transferring your personal data to third countries outside the EU. However, some of the partners we work with to process your personal data may do so potentially, specifically to the United States. Partners who make this information available in the US comply with EU / Swiss Privacy Shield or US-EU Privacy Shield and thereby provide a certified GDPR level of protection for your personal information. Protecting your data

We're working to keep your personal information safe. In accordance with applicable legislation, we take all necessary safety, technical, and other measures to protect your personal information. We store electronic data in a protected database on a server where we have reserved space. We protect the database containing personal data from damage, destruction, loss and misuse. How long we keep data

We store your personal data for the pre-order or order you have completed at least for the necessary period, which is normally five years after it is delivered.

If we use your personal information to deliver commercial communications to your e-mail address or in other cases where you have given us your consent, we will keep this information until you withdraw your consent. In cases where your data is used based on our legitimate interest as described in the Data Usage and Data Release chapters, we will retain your data until the reason for processing is discontinued. However, we need to remind you that even if one of the reasons for processing is no longer required, we may not end the retention of your personal information. Indeed, we can and sometimes have to process these personal data for a different purpose with a different legal basis.

 

Your rights

When we process your personal information, you have multiple rights. If you exercise any of the rights below, we will notify you within 30 days of receipt of your request to us for your request. In justified cases, we may extend this period to 60 days, and we will notify you.

 

Applying your rights

You can exercise your rights by sending an email or a written request to our contact details listed under "About Us and Where You Can Contact Us" Please indicate your name, surname, e-mail address or permanent address in your application. If you do not provide us with this information, we will not be able to accept your request. We ask you to verify your identity and not to disclose your personal information to an unauthorized person.

 

Right to access data

You have the right to obtain confirmation from us whether personal data is being processed about you and, if we are processing your personal data, we will provide you with information about you, for what purpose, to whom your personal data has been provided, whether it was transferred to a third country and how long we will store your personal data. If you believe that our company is processing incorrect personal information about you, you may use this right by contacting us and informing you of any changes required.

 

Right to repair data

If you believe our company is processing incorrect personal information about you, you can request us to correct it. We care about processing your personal information about you, so be sure to use this right whenever you move or change your other personal information that is important to our relationship.

 

Right to delete data (right to forget data)

You have the right to delete your personal data we process about you if the following conditions are met and the legal exceptions do not apply:

 a. data are no longer needed for the purposes for which they were obtained

 b. you revoke your consent to process your personal data and there is no other legal basis for processing it

 c. deny your personal data, processed on a legitimate basis, and do not outweigh the legitimate reasons for processing or object to direct marketing on the basis of your specific situation

 d. personal data has been processed illegally.

If your personal information is published and you have the right to delete it, we will also delete such personal information. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right of deletion and should therefore delete all references to your personal data, if technically possible, taking into account the available technology and the cost of performing these actions.

 

Right to limit data processing

You also have the right to ask us to temporarily restrict processing if:

  a. you believe we are processing incorrect personal information about you until the correctness of this personal data is verified

  b. the processing of your personal data is illegal and you choose to restrict processing of your personal data instead of deleting your personal data

  c. we no longer need personal information for processing, but these are necessary for your own purposes to prove, enforce, or defend your legal claims

  d. if you object to the processing of your personal data, your legitimate interests will prevail until validated or justified for the processing of your personal data

 

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain personal data we process about you based on your consent and / or contract. We process them by automated means, in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

 

Right to object

You have the right to object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, the processing of your personal data, which is based on our legitimate interest, including the right to object to profiling based on our legitimate interest.

You also always have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if it is processed for direct marketing purposes.
