Terms and Conditions: The order becomes valid and obligatory only after sending a deposit of 500 € in cash or credited to Forest Skis bank account. The rest of the whole amount must be paid before the skis delivery. In case of refusal to pay the rest of the payment or if the goods is not taken by the customer, the deposit is forfeited in favor of the Forest Skis account. In case of non-delivery of the skis, Forest Skis is obliged to return the total amount of the deposit. All the information in Order Form have to be filled in correctly! The Pro forma Invoice will be sent to you after the receipt of the filled-in Order Form.

 

The date of the goods delivery will be stated for either personal hand-over or courier service afterwards – From 15th November 2017 it is up to ten (10) working days after the total payment for the goods within the European countries – this is not the case when the goods is taken personally.
