Professional skier since 2001. He won the Freeskiing World Championship in Tignes, France and that year ended up 3rd overall. He went on to film with Matchstick Productions, Teton Gravity Research, Rage Films, Team Thirteen, etc. Also attended numerous competitions  over the past 16 years. The early ColdRush comps Deep Winter, and Monster Behind Enemy Lines. This was essentially a big mountain Chinese Downhill, where he won his qualifications.

Currently spends most of the season sled skiing and touring in the coast mountains out of Pemberton.
