Dyneema® is an UHMwPE fiber, the world's strongest fiber. It's incredibly versatile with virtually limitless applications. It's manufactured by means of a gel-spinning process that combines extreme strength with incredible softness.

The fiber is virtually impossible to penetrate.

Carbon fiber is produced from a variety of precursors, including polyacrylonitrile (PAN), rayon or pitch. The precursor fibers are heated and stretched to create the high-strength fibers. It is by far the most widely used fiber in high-performance applications, and the first high-performance fiber.

Kevlar Aramid fiber is used to make a variety of safe and cut resistant equipment, accessories, and clothing. It’s lightweight and has five times the strength of steel on an equal-weight basis, which makes it extraordinarily strong. It is best known for its use in ballistic and stab-resistant body armor. It absorbs vibrations in ski constructions.

Ash / Aspen wood core — Ash has historically proven to be the best quality and the most reliable wood for ski building due to its amazing strength, elasticity, and fiber structure. It gives skis great response thanks to fast power transmission. Aspen is the highest quality poplar wood that exists. Its characteristic is flexibility, elasticity, and low weight. Thanks to Aspen, the tips and tails of the skis are light and flexible.

Glass fiber is the oldest and the most common reinforcement used in aerospace applications to replace heavier metal parts. Glass weighs more than carbon, but is also more impact-resistant. The vast majority of all fibers used in the composites industry are glass.

Graphite Race Base contains a high number of additives that absorb the wax and ensure a soft gliding. High molecular weight graphite base is used for racing skis. This base is assembled in a cold state in order to achieve the utmost gliding performance.

We use Biobased recyclable ecological Epoxy for lamination – a versatile, low viscosity, liquid resin from R*Concept.

It has Superior strength, excellent adhesion to many surfaces, and industry leading clarity and UV epoxy stability. It not only performs, but also takes a crucial step towards lowering its impact on the environment.

Indigo dyed flax fibers we use on some topsheets. Flax fiber is currently regarded a high-tech material in the field of composite engineering. It is a natural ecological material characterized by strength and damping properties. The printing of flax fiber is made by technique of the original Indigo dye by Matej Rabada with a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage certificate.

custom design
topsheet / tail
options

You can standardly choose from different types of wood and tail types, but if you are looking for something really special, we will try to find a way how to make it happen. Fullcustom topsheet or stiffness, lighter touring construction or personalized skis with your name on them are also available.

All special customization options,

such as stiffness adjustments, different topsheets, personalized skis etc. will be reviewed and charged separately.

This is a basic price list.

Name or personal symbol on the skis 1x 10x10 cm on each ski (one color)

Special wooden topsheet (other than in standard offer)

Custom stiffness, different than standard (soft or hard versions)

Different ski profile (example: full camber or full rocker)

Ultralight construction (paulownia woodcore + pure carbon) cca -300g on ski (Ultralight skis have a rider weight limit of 95 kg with equipment.)
